Here’s a quick rundown of how we handle data and cookies:
We don’t collect any personal information unless you decide to provide it to us, like when you fill out the subscription form. We don’t process, share, or sell your data to any third parties. Your info stays with us and only gets used for the purpose it was given.
We don’t use any tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies we set are strictly technical ones (session and CSRF tokens) — these are required for the site to work and don’t track you in any way.
The map at /board includes embedded content from third parties (YouTube, Vimeo, Bandcamp, SoundCloud), contributed by our residents and fellows. These embeds are blocked automatically — no third-party content loads and no external cookies are set unless you explicitly choose to.
Each embed can be loaded individually on demand, by clicking on it directly. Only that specific embed activates at that point — nothing else.
Posts with embedded content are marked on the map with a pulsing dot, so you always know what you’re getting into before opening them.
